Louis CK – Word Recorded in 2010, Louis CK’s Word was used in bits and pieces in those cutaway comedy scenes in Louie. As such, it suffered a bit because you’ve probably heard some of this before. But it’s such strong material delivered by such a great performer that it’s hardly a detriment at all. [...]

[video] Kishi Bashi: “Bright Whites”
April 9th, 2012 by Matt
I’ve been loving Kishi Bashi’s new album 151a. He’s one of the most skilled composers/songwriters I’ve seen pop up recently. He’s also a creative and fun guy, as demonstrated by this new video for “Bright Whites.” It features a lot of his buddies in Of Montreal acting out famous idioms like “break a leg.”

[video] Kishi Bashi: “Manchester”

I’ve been mad about Kishi Bashi ever since I saw him live last year. Guy’s insanely talented. That’s probably why they went with a live video of him performing for the official video for his song “Manchester” off his upcoming album 151a.
