Deerhoof were one of the few bands to make it onto ALL THREE of my year end favorites lists (Songs, Albums & Concerts). I don’t have a name for that hat trick (YANP-trick?) but it’s a prestigious club. So yeah, it’s no secret that I loved their 2012 album Breakup Song. Consider this video for “We Do Parties” a quick reminder to anyone who doesn’t have a physical copy of this record to hug that they should remedy that ASAP.
