I picked this one up over at the Peel. Peace are new to me, but I’ll be on the lookout for their Delicious EP, which is out Sept 9.

While “California Daze” is sure to make you expect to hear a Wavves-like reverb-heavy garage rock track, this is actually pretty far from it. This song catches that moment where you’ve spent your whole day in the sun listening to jams, but now the sun is setting and you just want to sit down with some friends and enjoy the silence.
