Honestly I’m not the biggest Erykah Badu fan. Maybe I missed out on her big moments and now I feel a bit lost at her concerts. She’s a good performer with solid songs, but they just don’t connect with me. I love “The Healer,” which she apparently often opens with, but that’s been the only standout both times I’ve seen her. I have to say that she had her home state audience eating out of her hand. The thousands in attendance were loving her show and were audibly sad to see her go.
