Lisbonne: “In the Sun”

Lisbonne described her music as a “love of sixties girl groups” mixed with “nineties sonic vibes.” Sounds a bit like Best Coast in theory, huh? Well, it doesn’t actually sound much like Best Coast in practice. Lisbonne is much more of a bedroom project that retains the sensitivity that Best Coast long ago swapped for a raw guitar sound.
