Last night Miniature Tigers decided to take the turntable.fm bandwagon for a spin and debuted a few new studio tracks in there. One of them, “Boomerang,” was so incredible that I had to hunt down a live video from which I could rip the audio. The studio version has such a Satanic Panic-era Of Montreal vibe to the production and vocals that I couldn’t do anything but flip out.

No word on when we can expect to have a studio version of this in our ears, but I’d say it seems likely to happen before the end of the year.
