Thanks to Sound Verite for sharing this new video from Minneapolis’ Nice Purse. It’s a slow pop song with just voice and acoustic guitar, yet for the video the group are dressed like they’ll be attending an Of Montreal show.

Also I’m guessing it’s no small coincidence that the first line of the verse is pretty much a match for the melody of the first line of TV on the Radio’s “Wolf Like Me.” No rip-off here, though. Just what I’m interpreting as a tip of the hat in the title and a quick melodic wink. Of course, it could be just a strange coincidence.
