When I moved into my new apartment this summer I borrowed every season of Seinfeld from my work and watched them until we got our cable installed. So it’s only fitting that Wale should drop the sequel to his Seinfeld mixtape during my own personal Summer of George.

MP3: Wale – The Soup
I’ve been enjoying the More About Nothing mixtape for a while, but forgot to post any specific MP3s from it. Then today Pitchfork reviewed the mixtape and reminded me how great “the Soup” was by completely failing to mention it. I mean, come on. Not only is it a great track, but it mentions Pitchfork it in! “And though I came far, I know I got a way to go / Waiting for Pitchfork to say ‘Wale, yo, that’s the way to go’” What with the 6.5 rating, it would seem that today is not your day Wale.
