It’s been too long since I saw the Dirty Projectors. At least, it had been too long before I caught them at Lollapalooza. And, duh, they were as fantastic as they always are. I didn’t get to stick around as long as I would have liked, but even catching one song by David Longstreth and co is worth waiting hours in the sun. So catching three or four songs like I did was pretty much worth the drive to Chicago and back. Next time, however, I’d love to be able to sit down and enjoy a full set.
