Last night Janelle Monae brought her fantastic new song “Tightrope” to Letterman. It feels like an eternity since I saw her last year at Bonnaroo, but this fantastic performance helps ease the pain until I can experience her live show again. And of course her new album came out this week, so that helps too.

Oh, and does anyone else think she should bring Sam Rockwell on tour so they can dance together? Now that I’d pay to see.
