Generationals @ Cosmic Charlie’s 4.16.10
April 19th, 2010 by Matt

I knew very little about Generationals going into their set at Cosmic Charlies, but liked what I caught of them. They had some great melodies and were a ton of fun; they were just about the perfect group to open for the Apples in Stereo. And for me, the highlight of their show was a really fun cover of Paul Simon’s “Slip Sliding Away.” Any time you’re covering Paul Simon, it’s bound to be a good time if you do it well.

Hi Matt! I only recently discovered YANP and I’m digging it so far! Awesome you caught Generationals. Their debut album, Con Law, was one of my favorite albums of last year! So ggreat and very different vibes on each song. Definitely get into it!
