Thanks to CoS for pointing out this pleasant bit of news. The tribute alum Twistable, Turnable Man: A Musical Tribute to the Songs of Shel Silverstein will feature contributions from My Morning Jacket, Andrew Bird, Dr Dog and a host of other great bands. I’m kind of bummed that Dr Dog aren’t tackling “Cover of the Rolling Stone”, but everything can’t be 100% perfect all the time — sometimes we have to settle for a mere 99.9% perfect.
