I’ve never really been a fan of Fucked Up, but I’m aware that there are a good number of people out there who are. Still, I think it was a testament to how weak this year’s SXSW lineup was that Fucked Up were headlining all sorts of shows, including the Fader Fort’s Thursday lineup. They’re an interesting and rowdy live band, but I just need something a little more substantial.
