This is our first listen to the new Thermals record, due out in September. Yeah, September. That seems like both an eon away and pretty soon, considering their last album came out just last year. But “Canada” is out on iTunes today and available for streaming below. It’s straight power-pop and sounds tailor made for a tourism video or a transition scene a la a North American version of Eurotrip.
