I spaced on the announcement from Chris Tayor’s Terrible Records, but eventually got around to checking out Acrylics. Their EP came out at the end of last year, but trust me, it still sounds as good in 2010.

Gotta admit: I would never have guessed that Chris Taylor had produced this track. He skips over his normal studio wizardry and plays this one fairly straight — much to the service of the song. It’s a strong enough track to let glide along on some 70s AM radio production and a little slide guitar.
