Swans reforming, recording new album

NYC post-punk band Swans announced this weekend that they’ll be reforming and recording a new album. First thing’s first, though; they’ll be selling some limited edition CDs through Young God Records in order to offset the cost of recording and releasing a new record.

I had a crazy Ex-gf that LOVED the Swans, and I saw them back in 96-97isn and wow they are intense. I would not call them post-punk. I would not call them Goth. If any band is beyond labels they are.
