[...] After a marvelous year of 2009, in which Dirty Projectors released one of the best records of the year once with the almost complete Bitte Orca, it seems Dave Longstreth and co. have started the new year on a jovial note, seeing how they’ve just recently offered the brand new “Ascending Melody” 7″ up for free download. your picture reminded me. has there been any talk of musicnow festival in 2010? i havent heard anything and there isn’t a whole lot on their website. i pray it is dying out.

I’m pretty sure it’ll happen again this year. At least I feel like we would have heard if it had been shelved for the time being.
