Well now that Christmas is out of the way, let’s get back to the funk! Here’s Sugar & Gold’s video for their song “Neighborhood.” You’d never know it to watch this clean, poppy video, but S&G put on one of the funkiest shows I saw in 2009. Check ‘em out live if you get the chance!

sugar & gold have a new album/cd prepped for release in march 2010, called “get wet”.

They also have a new EP that came out a couple of months ago, with a remix of the song AYA by Justin Van Der Volgen of !!! and Outhud.
Check out the archives here at YANP for another cut from the EP, Matt previewed the song “Slice Me Nice” a couple months ago.
The EP is vinyl/digital only, so check your fave local record store (the vinyl comes with a d/l card), itunes, or the Antenna Farm store. And like Sam said, stay tuned for a new full length, coming this spring!
