IGIF has a great video + MP3 of Sufjan Stevens performing his new song “Too Much Love” live on this new tour. Since I missed out on his show last night, it stings a little to watch this video, but in the end the soothing is greater than the hurt.
I’m completely in love with the new track. It’s just familiar enough, but jumps into some wild St. Vincent-esque territory to keep things interesting. Come to think of it, Sufjan, when you get around to recording this one, bring Annie back into the fold to record that backing guitar part in the beginning.
