[MP3] new Ted Leo: “Last Days” (demo)

Stereogum posted a Progress Report with Ted Leo the other day. Included in it was a demo of “Last Days,” a new TL/Rx track that is close to being finished up.

Initial verdict? Pretty rad. Guitar part is great, the vocals and lyrics are decent and the overall result is pretty close to how Ted sounds at his best. I’ll have to wait to hear the final version, obviously, but this is not too shabby. Still, I’m hoping this new record is an improvement over his last.
