Not sure about the name on this one; it sounds like they’re saying “When She’s High.” This was the first new song the Flaming Lips played last night during their headlining set at Pitchfork 2009. The second one, with the chorus that repeated “That’s the difference between us,” sounded a lot better, but this one’s no slouch either. The new Flaming Lips album Embryonic is out Sept 29.
