While I was watching Star Trek (pretty good!) I checked my phone and discovered that Gorilla vs Bear had linked to some new Cass McCombs tunes. Immediately I wished I was home.

Catacombs leads with two quick hits: “Dreams Come True Girl,” which is streaming on his Myspace, and “Jonsey Boy,” which comes gratis when you sign up for Domino’s mailing list.

Cass’ new album is out this summer. He’s great live and his back catalogue is worth diving into.
