So Josh Schwartz’s (The OC, Chuck, Gossip Girl) new show Rockville, CA looks about as boring as his other shows. Even my Gossip Girl-loving girlfriend doesn’t want to watch it — which is a shame. I’d much rather occasionally catch an episode of a crappy show about something I can relate to (watching bands) than whatever Gossip Girl is about (drama? being rich? I’ve yet to pinpoint it).

But the sole saving grace is that they have a halfway decent band play every week.
