I’m a little too young to have ridden the Superchunk wave — I was still early in my high school career when they released their last album. But now we’ve got a second chance to catch that wave. Superchunk are releasing their Leaves in the Gutter EP next week. I met Mac a few years ago when I booked Portastatic to play Lexington. He’s a great guy who really loves music. I’d say I’m hoping to catch Superchunk live, but I really doubt that’s going to happen. If any of you get to, enjoy it double for me.
