Tullycraft quits performing live (at least for a while)

March 9th, 2009 by Matt

Oops! Looks like I neglected to see Tullycraft for a little too long (not that I’d ever really passed up a concrete opportunity, they never played near here). The band just announced on Myspace that they’re going to stop touring and playing live. They’ll still be writing and recording songs, but not so much on the playing them for you thing. Presumably they might jump back into it if they felt so inclined, but it’ll likely not be for a while.

From Tullycraft’s Myspace
Each of us has had a wonderful time, but over the years it’s become increasingly difficult to balance our personal lives (i.e. Chris’ goat farm, Cori’s adult bookstore, etc..) with our time in the band. While we’re excited to continue to write and record music together, we’ve decided to take a step back from playing live shows.

If you would like to catch Tullycraft live before our self-imposed hiatus, we have two shows scheduled: April 4th at the Crocodile (in Seattle), and May 23rd at the Rickshaw Stop (in San Francisco). Thanks.
