For the third year in a row You Ain’t No Picasso is going to be joining all my favorite music bloggers to put on a FREE two-day event at SXSW that we like to call Hot Freaks! Like always we’re located at The Mohawk and Club DeVille on both Friday and Saturday from noon to six.

We’re hosting a ton of huge bands, ranging from the Wrens opening out Friday to the Hold Steady closing it. And big thanks to our partners Insound for getting their great Friday lineup including the Thermals and Handsome Furs. And yes, we did bring back Peelander-Z and the Rosebuds — so if you caught either band at their Hot Freaks! appearances, you’ll know they’re not to be missed.
