Just a heads-up in case any of you, like me, didn’t know that Juliana Hatfield was going to be playing the Dame this Sunday. Doors are at 8pm and tickets are $12.
Strangely just today I asked my boss at the record store if Juliana Hatfield had been in any old bands that I should know (thinking this would be like asking if Kim Deal had done anything pre-Breeders and I’d just slap my forehead when he answered). I’d never heard of the Blake Babies, so no head slapping there. I think I was thinking of the Lemonheads, for which she played bass on one record.
