I hoped we’d get a better version of that “Instant Karma” cover, but never thought we’d snag a session version. Of Montreal dropped by KUT in Austin for a visit and played covers of “Nowhere Man” and “Instant Karma.”

Now we can only hope that The Late BP Helium, who occasionally leads the Paul McCartney cover band Hi Hi Hi, can convince Kevin to even things out with something off Ram or maybe just “Jet.” (Cue the angry Harrison fans in 10… 9… 8…)
