If you had asked me what’s the greatest thing that could happen to me today, it would be to have seen what happens in this video. Of Montreal, one of my favorite bands, covered the song “Day Man” from It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, one of the finest pieces of music ever from one of the finest shows ever. It’s a little sloppy, but I doubt they huffed enough glue and spray paint to do Charlie’s part exactly right.
Apparently they also covered REM’s “Superman” at the start. If a recording of that, or an MP3 of this, surfaces, shoot me an email!
