TONIGHT: The Elephant 6 Holiday Surprise Tour in Lex

October 23rd, 2008 · No Comments

Just a friendly reminder for those folks in Kentucky and some directional help for those traveling to the Bluegrass. Tonight the Elephant 6 Holiday Surprise Tour is making its final stop in my home of Lexington, Kentucky. WRFL, Lexington Action Arts and You Ain't No Picasso (aka "me") have worked long and hard to ensure that this will be a worthy last show for them, now all you have to do is show up. Here's all the information you'll need: The E6 Holiday Surprise Tour Thursday Oct 26 at the Red Mile Round Barn 1200 Red Mile Road, Lexington, KY (near the intersection of Broadway and Virginia) All Ages - FREE - Doors: 7:30 - Show: 8:30 If you come, be prepared to enjoy the E6 movie Major Organ and the Adding Machine and hear songs from pretty much every Athens-related E6 band. Bring your cameras and some tissues. And out of towners, if you need time to kill, you can always come visit me at Lexington's independent record store CD Central. I'm working from 4-8 and can answer pretty much any question about our town that you'd need (ie: "how do I get to the venue" or "ZOMG is Jeff here??") Hope that helps some. I love you all and I'll see you there!
