Boris at Pitchfork 2008
I’m watching the Good, the Bad and the Ugly and I suspect it has something to do with why I’m drawn to this Boris bootleg. Maybe it’s something about how an Italian (Leone) could teach Americans how to perfect something they invented and thought they’d already perfected (Westerns) — and how some Japanese guys (Boris) have done the same this time around with metal. Gotta love it. They were great at Pitchfork this summer, and I’m glad to partially relive it with this bootleg.
