Oh man. If I get to see the Beastie Boys in Dayton, I’ll be the happiest boy alive. The Beasties just announced the last tour dates in their “Get Out and Vote ‘08″ tour. They’re taking along Sheryl Crow, Norah Jones and Ben Harper (gag) on most of the dates, but that’s not really what’s got me excited here. It’s the Beastie Boys on tour. I actually just did karaoke to “Hey Ladies” at a bar in NYC with a blogger who will go unnamed out of respect for their reputation, so I’m going to credit their two Ohio shows to my drunken tribute.

Sidenote: Paul’s Boutique is the best music to listen to when riding the subway in NYC. Strange since that almost was done in LA…
