Seems like something out of my secret diary, doesn’t it? Well, according to Marvel.com, Stephen Colbert is going to be teaming with Spidey for an 8 page addition to the expanded Amazing Spiderman #573. I’m not entirely sure who they can fight in eight pages, but I’m going to guess bears.

Colbert’s on in like five minutes, so I’m hoping that he addresses this. He’s got one of the Captain America shields made after Cap’n was offed; I think there are only two of those in existence.

Should make for quite the read, though…

Update: Rich reminded me that Colbert is a presidential candidate in the Marvel Universe, so that’s likely the way he’ll fit into the story.
