I've been on a big Beastie Boys kick the past two weeks or so. It started when I found out that my employee discount at CD Central made the Beastie's concert film Awesome I ... Shot That! dirt cheap and started putting it on during slow days at work. After that I snagged Paul's Boutique, which I'd never heard in its entirety. And because I don't have anything rare to post by the Beasties or anything particularly groundbreaking to say about them, here's a mashup that I've been playing a lot lately: a mix of the Beatles' "Day Tripper" and the Beastie Boys' "Tripple Trouble." Surely a match made in headphone heaven.
