Augusten Burroughs’ new audiobook of his A Wolf at the Table: A Memoir of My Father, features new songs by Patti Smith, Ingrid Michaelson, Tegan Quin (of Tegan and Sara), and Sea Wolf. I’ve loved Sea Wolf for a while and was thrilled to get to hear this new track by them. It’s a continuation of the same songwriting style of theirs that I’ve come to love, but has improved upon their already sweet production style. Violins pluck, guitars strum and Alex Church sings sweetly enough to soundtrack a romantic arthouse picture.
