The Peelander-Z show at the Mohawk was a concert highlight for me. It wasn’t the best show I’ve ever seen, but it was completely unlike anything I’d ever seen. In a sea of pretentious indie rock bands, overly self-involved rap artists and drunken bar bands, their energy and obvious enjoyment of what they do was more refreshing than any bottle of Lone Star.
