FIrst of all, I want to say a big thank you to anyone who played, attended, worked, helped organize or donated anything to Hot Freaks! All the headache of getting a SXSW party together is incomparable to the joy of seeing a thousand people having the time of their lives together.

But on to the fun.

I hadn’t really listened to Nicole Atkins before our party, but she was an absolutely fantastic way to start it off. Sure the heat was in the 80s at the time, but she made it a lot more bearable.
