Still at SXSW.

I figured this was a fitting time to post on John & Jehn. I’ll be catching a lot of bands at SXSW whose sounds they recall, so why not?

We’ll start from the top, I guess. I’m mostly getting a Sons + Daughters vibe, but that’s mostly because I suspect from her voice that Jehn is Scottish. Either way, they’ve still got enough similarities to prompt the comparison from me. There’s also a dash of the Raveonettes’ last record in there, as well as a smattering of British Sea Power. But whatever the ingredients in their stew, it’s mighty tasty.
