Just got back from Andrew Bird’s fantastic show in Louisville. Midway through the set, he covered the Handsome Family’s “the Giant of Illinois,” which I’d never heard before. After doing a little youtubing, I ran across this little gem. Anyone who wants to suggest a good starting place for Handsome Family is encouraged to do so!
