I never thought I’d be posting on U2, but there’s really no need to deny that this cover is good. Bono starts it off by saying “this is a song Charlie Manson stole from the Beatles… we stole it back.” I don’t know how easy it’ll be to disassociate this song with mass murder, but they do a pretty bang-up job of trying.
