Cold War Kids had a great audience waiting for them on Friday night. It was strong, and apparently packed with some pretty dedicated fans. So it was no surprise when they jumped into the opening riff to “We Used to Vacation” that the thousands in attendance lost it. I’d only previously seen them in a small bar in Cinci, so it was great to know that they put on just as amazing of a show when they’re on big stage with room to run, jump and slap each other on the back.
