Ryan Adams, this post is my apology to you.
Today at work we got in some Ryan Adams bonus DVDs for Easy Tiger. I asked my boss if we could watch one of them. He said yes, then I pointed out that I actually didn’t like Ryan Adams and wasn’t sure why I had asked.
It’s true; I’ve never been a big fan of Mr. Adams. Maybe I’ve never listened to him under the right circumstances (heartbroken, drunk on whiskey?). Maybe it’s because I have no idea where to start with him (Rock N Roll?) But whatever it is, it’s never clicked.
However, I’m coming at Easy Tiger with fresh ears. I’m ready to enjoy it. Luckily, Aquarium Drunkard has provided us with some sneak peeks at the new disk, including this live cover of Alice in Chains.
