I’m usually not one for a set of new material — it’s all too often unpracticed and just generally unfamiliar to me. However, the Features’ show Saturday made a compelling argument for the contrary. They previewed a good number of new songs, with only a few that didn’t absolutely tear the roof off the Dame. One especially, which I guess might be called “Smile,” was an absolute killer. Their next album is going to be fantastic.
