Happy Happy Birthday Revives Singles Club
March 22nd, 2007 by Matt
Athens pop label Happy Happy Birthday To Me Records just announced the reinstitution of their Singles Club. The 2007 line-up includes such familiar names as Of Montreal, The Apples in Stereo, the Circulatory System, Tullycraft and Casper and the Cookies. Subscriptions to the Singles club go on sale at midnight Thursday March 22, and run $60 (for US residents). They’re limited to 450 copies, so be sure to grab one as fast as you can. Apparently the first 150 subscribers get a special version of the singles club with “lots of extras and special packing.” Each single is on a different color vinyl and a different color silkscreen sleeve.
See, major labels? This is what it looks like when a real music fan runs a record label.
