What is it that we all apparently already know, you may ask. Turns out it’s that there’s something very wrong with the narrator of “Everybody Knows.” Still, after listening to it on repeat a couple times, I can’t help but think that everybody already knows something else: Simon Dawes have got that swagger. You know the type–that European cockiness. Ordinarily that’s where the magic would stop, but here they combine it with the American cool of Ambulance LTD or the Dandy Warhols in their prime.
