PAS/CAL: “C.A.U. (Sans Muscle)”
October 10th, 2006 by Matt

PAS/CAL, who you might know from the use of their song “Bronze Beached Boys (Come On Let’s Go)” from that old car commercial, just wrapped up their new EP, “Dear Sir.” It’s spectacular and I couldn’t be happier with this first cut from the new album.
MP3: PAS/CAL – C.A.U. (Sans Muscle)
We here in Lexington are clinging to the last remnants of summer. For some people that means wearing shorts and denying the decreasing temperature. And me? I listen to PAS/CAL. Their new songs are keeping my heart–and day–sunny and bright. “C.A.U. (Sans Muscle)” is a bit Architecture in Helsinki, part Belle and Sebastian and all PAS/CAL. It might be too early to say it, but this could be their best work yet.

I feel like I should mention I Guess I’m Picasso, a new blog that serves to lampoon and awkwardly update you about the fictional lives of UK’s most awesome bloggers: Nathaniel and myself. I’m just waiting for the “Top Five Things Matt Jordan Threw Away This Week” feature.
