I won’t lie to you; I haven’t listened to the new Teddybears album. But that’s beside the point. This new mix with only Annie on vocals is quickly winning over my ipod. Maybe now it’s time to go back and actually listen to the original and a couple others?

I have this fantasy that over in Europe songs like this are the ones that get popular. I just know that there’s a place where popular doesn’t usually indicate terrible. I mean really, why couldn’t Goldfrapp be a huge pop star? It’s a shame that songs with mass appeal can’t always reach the masses. For instance, what hardened heart doesn’t appreciate Annie’s cooed lyrics?
