Ben Kweller and Oasis co-writing music for a broadway musical? Ben Folds maturing and scoring a Woody Allen movie? How about just good, solid pop music. The Electric Soft Parade flex their musical chops on this one and prove they can tackle classic pop just as well as the electro-dance-rock that got them attention on Holes In The Wall (seriously, check out “There’s A Silence” on their Myspace page–someone replace the Arctic Monkeys with this band).
