They Might Be Giants - I have a long history with TMBG. Anyone remember Tiny Toons? Well, they had a music video episode and two TMBG tracks were played - Istanbul and Particle Man. Well it was amazingly wonderful and I actually got my dad to hook up our stereo to the tv and record those songs onto a cassette tape. I wore that sucker out. But now I’m older and I appreciate the Giants for the fact that they’re hilarious and very cerebral. I plan on seeing them in Danville on April 8th. They’re playing at Centre and it’s a buttload of cash if you don’t get student or guest tickets. Thankfully I have two guest tickets. It’ll be wonderful. Anyone else got a soft spot for these boys?
